Alberta's Bill 11 opens the door to two-tier, American-style health care — the biggest threat to our public health care system we’ve ever seen. But in nearly 8 months since this legislation passed, we have seen NO action from the federal government to protect patients and our health care systems against this egregious violation of the Canada Health Act.
